Danielle first learned of the forest school program when her family was exploring the trails down in gold bar park. After briefly watching the children playing, exploring and immersing themselves in nature, she immediately wanted to register her daughter as soon as she was old enough to become a student. Danielle has previous experience working for a couple of non-profit organizations in the disability field and hopes to lend some of the knowledge gathered from there to the Edmonton Forest School Society’s Board. Danielle loves getting outside to explore, especially in Edmonton’s amazing river valley, and taking in all of the beauty that nature has to offer!
