Georgia Hart

Georgia loves learning, exploring, and growing alongside children in the outdoors. Originally from Northern Ontario, she grew up with a strong appreciation for nature and feels most at home surrounded by trees, water, and open spaces. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Mount Allison University, with a particular interest in child development, behaviour, and the importance of relationships in children’s learning and growth.

With experience in preschool, childcare, and supporting children with diverse needs, Georgia loves creating inclusive spaces where children feel safe to explore, play, take appropriate risks, and build confidence outside. The Forest and Nature approach is a natural fit for her belief that children learn through curiosity, connection to the environment and meaningful relationships. Having recently moved to Edmonton, she is excited to explore Alberta’s outdoors and build a connection with the land and community here.

Outside of Forest School, Georgia enjoys hiking, rock climbing, swimming, running, biking, down hill skiing, and horseback riding. She is happiest when she is outside, discovering somewhere new, and sharing an adventure with others.
